We drove to the park and chose a back in spot close to the river, plenty of shade and hookups worked well. There was a weather issue a few weeks later, which was no fault of the park.

We sustained minor damage and moved to a pull in spot. The owners gave us half off of our rent for the inconvenience of having to move. This was not expected , but greatly appreciated. This park is not new, but we had no issues driving on the road by the pool to our pull in spot.
The grass was not level, but setting up a few boards both under the leveling jack and the mat outside our door did the trick. The pool is clean and was welcoming in the hot spring heat. Unlike some other parks, this one truly cares about its customers. Any issues we had would be directed to the owners and they were dealt with promptly.
We are planning on going back in September for another 6 weeks!

From the moment we pulled in I thought about leaving. We had to call a number to find someone to find us a site. I had called in advance. The owner was very pleasant and said her husband should be around somewhere. He was checking someone else in at the moment.

Sure enough he came and asked if we could back our rig up. I told him his wife said we could have a pull through, then he said there was one left. We had to drive down around the pool, and someone else had done that and nearly took out their pool pump which was at the edge of the road. There were huge ruts we were trying to avoid, and boards on the other side of the road. When we got to the spot it was quite a bit uphill, but then a narrow, fairly level pad, long enough for us to leave our truck hooked up. HOWEVER, the pad was so narrow that we had to get out an extra step to get up our steps, it was quite a dropoff into grass that needed mowing.
There were also poop land mines from dogs that hadn't been picked up. The services worked well. Someone was playing loud music till we fell asleep, then at am a very LOUD train woke me up. The trains started up again around 5 am.

From the well written description about this campsite, all of which appears to be true, just left out a lot, I was expecting a brand new campground. This one is rough around the edges. The owner's husband told us "see that building over there, there's a gold slot to put your money in". Also, there is a pipeline buried just feet from the campers, and there was some animal dog, coyote?
