Jason W. Galanis, Jared M. Galanis, Derek M. Hirst, and Gavin L. We will tag the door, informing the recipient where the flowers were left.
If no one is home at the time of attempted delivery and we cannot contact the sender, we will attempt to reach the recipient to discover if they will be home shortly or if they would prefer to pick up the arrangement at our store. If we cannot reach the sender nor the recipient, the arrangment will be brought back to the store.
Item can either be redelivered with an additional fee, or picked up at convenience. The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements.
We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible.
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible. Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Morning deliveries are always made the evening before. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
To cancel an order, please call our store.
