When I arrived there was only 4 customers ahead of me and only 2 tables were being occupied. I told them what had happened and did not feel comfortable giving my credit card since I was in the line where people could hear it. I have ordered many times by phone and never required a credit card. The reply was I am sorry mam but I cannot place the order without it. I told him again that I was in the line and even waived to him and told him again and would not budge.

Ribs are pretty much fall off the bone. Several different sauces to choose Good variety of items and good value. This was our first visit and we will return. They have made major modifications to the building and it is now filled with lots of light and a completely different feel inside.

You stand in line, order and pay for There are many choices on the menu including beef, chicken, turkey, sausage and pork. From traditional pulled pork to sandwiches and platters with plenty of veggies to choose from, this place was packed for lunch. We had pulled pork and tried a number of veggies. Baked beans, mac and cheese very good and collard greens among others.
I was disappointed that they did not have fried okra one of my favorites but there was plenty of food and the portions were generous. There is a table full of condiments including pickles, jalapeno peppers and at least a dozen BBQ sauces. Overall a delightful lunch experience and it is likely I will go back and try a slab of ribs and some of the other sides.
Plenty of free parking and self-serve vending for drinks. Came with friends who bragged on the food. I had a brisket sandwich and a side salad. The sandwich came on a bun and was not sauced. They had a variety of sauces, and I chose the mustard based sauce. It was very good.
The salad was your run of the mill mixed greens. The dressing blue cheese was chunky and very thick. I would definitely come back. New BBQ place right by our place?
