I was only in Daly City a short while staying my last 2 nights there after travelling around California for 2 weeks. I only chose to stay in Daly City due to it being close to the airport. I love the fact that, their is a pharmacy, hospital, police station, DMV and restaurants near by, I am from New Jersey, so In and out, Krispy Kreme, and the Taqueria were definitely great eating locations, there is also a Card Jr's, and McDonald's near by. We were here for the Kolo Festival which I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience the music, culture, dance and food of Croatia and other Regions of the Balkans.
This hotel was 6 minutes from the Croatian American Cultural Center. I don't know wether it's the culture of San Francisco.. Very cute, great location, great vibe. Beds are comfortable, room is noticeably quiet: no planes overhead, no freeway noise.

We've had 8 year olds throw axes and kick axe. We don't have a set age limit, but there is a strength restriction. If we feel that a person is not strong enough to throw the axe in a safe manner, then it wont make sense to allow them to throw. As it turns out, because of the zoning laws in Daly City, we are not allowed to serve have people bring food or drinks. But hey, what better way to work off a few calories from lunch or dinner than by throwing some axes afterwards?
We have bluetooth speakers we use and can hook up your phone to it or we can hook up ours to get the tunes going. If you have some jams you want to listen to, we can play any specific kind of music you like. Just ask your awesome axe throwing coach!
